The Mercat Central de Tarragona, in the hands of Generación R, has scheduled a cycle of healthy eating workshops called 7 of Mercat.
These are five weekly workshops that aim to teach participants to prepare a varied, simple weekly menu with market products.
Digestive health, vegetarian food or kitchen use are some of the themes of the cycle, which is aimed at anyone with concerns about cooking and healthy food.
The sessions will take place at the restaurant stop inside the Mercat Central every Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. starting on April 27. Each workshop lasts two hours and costs 15 euros. Registration is now open on the web https://bit.ly/3jwrxnk
