The booksellers of Tarragona and Terres de l’Ebre are preparing for a Sant Jordi in the street without restrictions after two years conditioned by the pandemic. The sector, very aware of the weather this Saturday, hopes to recover sales for 2019.
Despite the rain, the co-owner of the Montsant Fonts Gaudí Bookstore in Reus is optimistic that the bad weather will not end up spoiling the party.
In the capital of Baix Camp this year it has been decided to fluff up the space where some twenty stalls will be located, distributed between the Plaza del Mercadal and the nearby streets.
In Terres de l’Ebre, bookshops and flower shops will also recover their pre-pandemic atmosphere, with stalls and authors signing books.
