Nestlé has been recognized as “the most attractive company to work for in the food and beverage sector” for its labor management, by the ‘Randstad Employer Brand Research’ Report, according to a company statement this Friday.
The study analyzes the main reasons “why a professional would choose Nestlé” to develop their professional career, and assesses factors such as future prospects, a pleasant work environment, long-term job security or work-life balance, among others .
The person in charge of Talent and Cultural Transformation of Nestlé Spain, Juan Gelves, has shown his “pride” for the recognition and has highlighted the measures implemented in flexibility, inclusion and development opportunities.
Nestlé also heads the ranking of the most responsible food companies in Spain in environmental, social and good governance issues, according to the Merco Responsibility ESG ranking.
Among the initiatives valued by these classifications are the respect of its employees towards maternity/paternity, or the Global Youth Initiative, which promotes training and employability among those under 30 years of age, among others.
