A man died last night when he was shot in a central street in Salou. The events occurred a few minutes before 11 p.m. on Saragossa Street, an area with a large influx of people.
Three men have shot the 24-year-old victim, who was on a terrace on said street, specifically in the El Abuelo bar. The assailants would have fired three shots, two of which hit the victim. The third ended up impacting the surroundings of the restaurant.
During the escape, the clients who were in the premises managed to retain one of the aggressors, 32 years old. The other two are still on the run. According to the first information, the person who would have shot, who is not the one who is detained, would wear a gray tracksuit jacket, black shorts and a crossed fanny pack. Also, she is approximately 1.60 meters tall and has a slim build.
Upon arrival at the scene, the Salou Local Police searched the man who was being held and found a pistol at his ankle and a knife.
It should be noted that Saragossa street is a place with a large influx of people, so the event could have been much more serious.
According to initial information, the victim and assailants would have French nationality and the victim would be staying in a hotel alone. The police are currently searching the room.
